What an experience at USA Club 7s Nationals with Phoenix!🔥🐦‍🔥

We came home with some hardware! Bowl Champions and 9th in the country - but this weekend meant so much more to me than a result.

Having the privilege of co-captaining this group through Nationals was incredibly special. This team reminded me how exciting, healing, and full of joy rugby can be. I got to compete at the highest level of club 7s surrounded by people who made me love every second of it.

A weekend full of fight, laughter, connection, and memories I’ll carry with me for a long time. So proud of this team and so grateful I got to experience it with Phoenix. ❤️‍🔥

9th in the nation. Bowl champs. And a chapter I’ll never forget. 🏆🐦‍🔥
